GROUNDS MAINTENANCE TENDER 2027

Vigo Parish Council intends to invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of grounds maintenance services throughout Vigo Village, including grass cutting, general grounds maintenance and tree works.

The contract is expected to commence on 1 April 2027, for an initial period of four years, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods.

Mandatory Site Visits

All tenderers must attend a pre-tender site visit as part of the tender process.

Tender Questions and Clarifications

Any questions about the tender documents or requirements should be emailed to clerk@vigo-pc.gov.uk by 20 November 2026.

Questions and answers of general relevance will be published anonymously on this webpage so that all prospective tenderers have access to the same information.

Final responses will be published by 23 November 2026.

Completed tenders must be submitted electronically to the Council's dedicated tender email address:

Submission deadline: Monday 30 November 2026 at 12:00 noon (UK time).

The dedicated tender mailbox will remain closed until the formal tender opening on 1 December 2026, when submissions will be opened in the presence of two Council representatives.

Tenders must not be submitted to the Parish Clerk's usual email address.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
