Citizen's Advice Bureau North and West Kent

CANWK have made two changes to their Adviceline telephone advice service:
- The local Adviceline is now free to call. There is a new freephone number, which means that cost should never be a barrier to people contacting CA for advice.
- They are extending their local Adviceline opening hours to 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
CANWK have more Advisers than ever answering calls, and believe that these changes should make it as easy as possible for local people to make that first contact when they are in need of advice and support.
So as of 9th December, the new contact details for anyone seeking advice are:
The new freephone number replaces the existing Adviceline number (0300 330 9001), however the old number will continue to work and a recorded message will give people the option to continue with their call or to ring back on the new freephone number.
